HRGA Jr. Manager

I’m currently looking for an HRGA Jr. Manager to join the team and take the lead in managing our Human Resources & General Affairs functions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, BPJS, Payroll, and HR Operations
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and General Affairs
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in West Jakarta
